DealCheck allows you to quickly look up recent sales comps and rental comps for any of your properties.
To look up property comparables, first, add the property you'd like to analyze to your dashboard under any of the analysis categories - rentals, BRRRRs, flips or wholesale, if you haven't done so already.
Once you've finished adding a property, click the Sales Comps & ARV link from the menu on the left side to view its sales comps, or the Rental Comps & Rent link to view its rental comps:
