Our software allows you to export a variety of data from your DealCheck account to CSV file format, including your saved properties, analysis projections, and lists of sales or rental comps.

Exported CSV files have a variety of uses and applications, including:

  • Importing property data into CRM systems, property management software, or other third-party apps

  • Opening these files in Excel, Google Docs or other spreadsheet software, and analyzing scenarios that DealCheck may not support directly

  • Storing these files offline or in the cloud as a way to back up your data

Follow the guides below to export the various data sets from DealCheck.

Note: our CSV export feature is currently only available online, and is not available through the DealCheck mobile app.

Exporting a List of Properties

You can quickly export all (or just some) properties from each category (rentals, BRRRRs, flips or wholesale), including their address, description, analysis metrics, deal parameters and other information.

To do this, navigate to your property list and click the Export button at the top right:

Tip: you can first sort your properties and filter them by tags or a free-form search to only export the ones that match specific criteria.

Exporting Analysis Projections for a Single Property

When exporting a list of properties, as shown above, DealCheck will export most of the applicable analysis metrics for each property.

However, if you would like to export a more detailed analysis of a specific property, you can export the buy & hold projections table for rentals and BRRRRs, or the profit projections table for flips.

To export the buy & hold projections for rental properties or BRRRRs, first click the Buy & Hold Projections link in the menu on the left side:

And then click the Export button at the top right of the page:

Tip: use the dropdown menu next to the Export button to select which years to include in the exported file (for example, select "All Years" to export data for all available years from 1 through 35).

To export profit projections for flips, first click the Profit Projections link in the menu on the left side:

And then click the Export button at the top right of the page:

Exporting a List of Sales or Rental Comps

DealCheck also allows you to export a list of sales or rental comps for any property, including their address, description, distance, and last sold (or rented) information.

To do this, first navigate to either the Sales Comps & ARV page, or the Rental Comps & Rent page for one of your properties, and then click the Export button at the top right of the list of comparables:

Tip: you can first select the sort order of the comps, which will be reflected in the exported file as well.
