See below for quick troubleshooting tips if you're having issues creating, viewing or downloading PDF reports:
If You're Using Our Web App
If you're using the DealCheck web app in your browser and cannot view or download PDF reports, this is often caused by your browser's popup blocker.
Please enable popups for app.dealcheck.io in your browser's settings (or any extensions or plugins) and try viewing or downloading the report again.
If You're Using Our Mobile App
DealCheck requires access to your device's camera, photo library, internal and external storage to add property photos and create PDF reports.
On iOS, you should be prompted to give DealCheck required permissions when performing a certain action for the first time (ex. accessing your photo library). If you did not see the prompt, try re-installing the DealCheck app on your device.
On Android, you can check DealCheck's access permissions in the Application Manager. If any of the above permissions are missing, you can usually manually enable them to fix the problem. Alternatively, you can re-install DealCheck on your device.
