See below for quick troubleshooting tips if you're having issues creating, viewing or downloading PDF reports:

If You're Using Our Website

If you're using the DealCheck website in your browser and cannot view or download PDF reports, this is often caused by your browser's popup or ad blocker.

Please enable popups for app.dealcheck.io in your browser's settings (or any extension or plugin settings) and try viewing or downloading the report again.

If You're Using Our Mobile App

If you're unable to create, view or share PDF reports through our iOS or Android app, this is most commonly caused by missing access permissions.

DealCheck requires access to your device's camera, photo library, internal and external storage to add property photos and create PDF reports.

On iOS, you should be prompted to give DealCheck required permissions when performing a certain action for the first time (ex. accessing your photo library). If you did not see the prompt, try re-installing the DealCheck app on your device.

On Android, you can check DealCheck's access permissions in the Application Manager settings. If any of the above permissions are missing, you can usually manually enable them to fix the problem. Alternatively, you can re-install DealCheck on your device.

Still having issues? If the above solutions didn't help you, email us at support@dealcheck.io and we'll be happy to assist you.
