If you've previously purchased a DealCheck subscription, but can no longer access the premium features, you can follow these steps to view and restore your access.

Step 1: Verify Your Subscription Is Active

First, verify that your subscription is active. Subscriptions may get automatically canceled if your payment method is no longer valid.

You can check the status of your subscription on the My Account page (if you've subscribed via our web app), or through Apple or Google Play account settings (if you've subscribed via our mobile app).

If needed, update your payment method and reactivate your subscription. In most cases, this is enough to fix the problem.

Step 2: Restore Your Subscription Through Our Mobile App

If you're using our mobile app, you may need to manually restore your subscription after reactivating it.

To do this, first tap the green upgrade button at the top of the property list page:

Then tap the Restore button at the top:

Please note that you need to be signed in to Apple or Google Play using the same account as was used to make the original purchase.

Still having issues? If the above solutions didn't help you, email us at support@dealcheck.io and we'd be happy to help.
