DealCheck uses external data providers when you search for and import property data using our software.

While coverage is available for most properties within the United States, it is not guaranteed, and not all information may be available for each property.

Because of this, we may be unable to find some properties in the external databases, or may only be able to show partial or incomplete property information.

The good news is that you can always manually enter any information you feel is missing after importing property data. You can do this from the Property Description or Purchase Worksheet pages from the property menu on the left side:

We are actively working with our data providers to increase coverage and give you access to more accurate property data.

Note: the above screenshots were taken from our website, but the same features can be found in our iOS and Android apps as well.
