If you forgot your DealCheck password, you can reset it online through our website or on your phone or tablet using our iOS or Android app.

Note: resetting your password is only necessary if you sign in using an email and password. If you sign in with your Google, Apple or Facebook account, use their websites directly to reset or change the password for those accounts.

Step 1: Sign Out of DealCheck

If you're currently signed in to DealCheck, you'll need to sign out. You can do this from the top navigation bar (or the My Account page):

Sign out link in top navigation bar

Step 2: Initiate Password Reset

Click the Forgot password? link on the Sign In page:

Then enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password:

Step 3: Check Your Email

You should receive an email within a few minutes with a link to finish resetting your password. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.

Click the one-time link in the email to proceed:

Step 4: Enter a New Password

Finally, enter a new password you'd like to use and click Save Password:

Save new password button on sign in page

You will now be able to sign in to your account using the new password you just entered.
