If you've previously purchased a DealCheck subscription, but can no longer access the premium features, follow these steps to restore your account access.

Step 1: Verify Your Subscription Is Active

First, verify that your subscription is active. Subscriptions may get automatically canceled if your payment method is no longer valid.

You can check the status of your subscription on the My Account page (if you've purchased it via our website), or through your Apple or Google Play account settings (if you've purchased it via our mobile app).

If needed, update your payment method and re-activate your subscription if it's not currently active. In most cases, this is enough to fix the problem, and your DealCheck account will be updated automatically.

Step 2: Restore Your Subscription Through Our Mobile App

If you've purchased your subscription through our mobile app, you may need to manually restore your account access after reactivating it.

Note: you need to be signed in to Apple or Google Play using the same account that was used to make the original in-app purchase when following the steps below.

To do this, open the main mobile app menu and go to the My Account page:

My account link in mobile app menu

Then tap the Restore Purchases button in the Billing Plan section:

Mobile app restore purchases button

After a few seconds, your DealCheck account should re-sync with Apple of Google Play, and your account access should be restored.

If that still doesn't work, try completely uninstalling the DealCheck app from your mobile device, re-installing the latest version from the app store, and trying the steps above one more time.
