If you've previously purchased the Pro subscription, but now can't access the Pro features, you can follow these steps to view and restore your active subscription.
Step 1: Verify Your Subscription Is Active
First, verify that your subscription is active. Subscriptions may get automatically cancelled if your payment method is no longer valid.
You can check the status of your subscription on the My Account page (if you've subscribed via our web app), or through iTunes or Google Play account settings (if you've subscribed via our mobile app).
If needed, update your payment method and re-activate your subscription. In most cases, this is enough to fix the problem.
Step 2: Restore Your Subscription Through Our Mobile App
If you're using our mobile app, you may need to manually restore your subscription after re-activating it.
To do this, first tap the green upgrade button at the top of the property list page:
Then tap the Restore button at the top:
Please note that you need to be signed in to iTunes or Google Play using the same account as was used to make the original purchase.
